Expats Pension Review (part of JT Wealth) is an appointed representative of Intamediary, Unipessoal Lda (IUL), a tied agent of Lawsons Equity Limited, an investment firm authorised and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) under the Investment Services Act (Company Reg. No. C 49564). All investment services are conducted under MiFID II regulations.
We also operate under the regulatory umbrella of Adviser Platform Lda, incorporated in Portugal (NIPC 502059176) with a share capital of €50,000, and regulated by the Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority (ASF) for insurance distribution activities.
